Awesome place and really affordable...the service is 5 star, we had an issue with the shower in the room, made the report to the front desk and it was by the time we got back. The breakfast is great..lots of options and the staff was very friendly....the rooms are big and clean they have very exceptional cleaning staff. Great location with parking available.
Location is top notch! Amazing service! Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only minor issue was the lights and a/c would randomly come off and on. Happened at least 5 times in one of the traveler’s room in our 5day trip and once in my room. Other than that a that it was an amazing experience. Would stay again.
Lovely hotel! It’s in a good location, not far from the beach but also in town. The free breakfast was handy, and the maids stood out in particular, having the room prepared to the best standard every day.
This is a great location if you have business downtown or otherwise. In close proximity to immigration, restaurants, the ADO bus terminal and shops. The staff are attentive and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, an excellent stay.

I love this hotel! I’ve stayed twice now on my visits to Cancun and will stay again. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the ferry terminals and the ADO bus station is a quick walk, just a few minutes. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, rooms are clean. There is a restaurant and the food is great!
